Really nice facility. Lots of things to do. There was one point where I was looking for some advil and the little shop was closed. Front desk staff treated me like an inconvenience and gave me completely erroneous directions on how to get some (no, there are not dispensers in the bathrooms) and when I was unsuccessful there a table games dealer and pit boss also could not have been more willingly unhelpful when I asked them where to get some. Finally, I asked a manager at the diner style restaurant, and he went well out of his way to help me find some. It was very nice after about 20 minutes of horrible service. I wish i could remember his name to give him a shout out, but if anyone at Harrah's sees this, the dude is like mid 30s, with dark hair, about 5'9", and I think he has a bit of facial hair. Give him a raise. Reevaluate some of your other staff.
TL:DR
Overall good experience, but some of the staff gave me the worst help I have ever had at a hotel or casino.
