Unbelievable! They refused to honor the coupon we had purchased for Sunday Brunch. When we arrived, the hostess immediately asked us if we had any coupons and then said "today there's a special event outside and we're not accepting any coupons. Next time, check our website". Who, after making a restaurant reservation, goes to the restaurant's website before leaving home to confirm the validity of the coupon that the restaurant has made available? We weren't alone! There were numerous others in the exact same situation standing in the restaurant's lobby in disbelief, some of whom had driven 2 hours to get there. (We had only driven an hour and a half!) A manager came and said "Sorry but you should have read the Terms". Sorry? We left hungry and $26 (the price of the coupon) poorer. What a disappointment! We won't be back there any time soon!!
