Great property. Food was very good. Jamaican food available every night. Staff was authentic and very helpful and friendly. The technology was horrible. Wifi was expensive and was not consistent. We had to re-enter our credentials dozens of times each day as we moved throughout the property. Very disappointing for such a great property. The satellite TV was not great either - missed the NBA game seven of the Raptors vs. Cavaliers ?? Fix the technology and the property starts to reach parity with Secrets, Sandals and Beaches. Overall, great one time experience but we will likely not be returning.
