The pools were extremely cold. Was told the heaters had been broken for months. No control in pool area with kids climbing over walls and going down the slide backward etc. The rooms are clean but very very old. A room service tray sat outside a room for 3 days before I complained and then it took 4 hrs to be removed. The provided mini fridge froze all our food and drinks on the lowest setting. The marina area beach is cement so you can't beach boats or watercraft. We had to take everything down to the beach next door to spend the day. It was a pain having the launch ramp at the other side from the beach. The 1 main restaurant is not a buffet anymore and it took forever in an empty restaurant to get our food. The little cafe had the same food and less wait. The restaurant down on the beach smelled nasty and had a lot of undesirable people hanging out at it during the day. The only reason we went here over another place was for the indoor pool. Heard rumors that they want to close it and add more casino games there. That would be a bad move. It will be a while before we return.
