I gave this two stars only because I'm sure there are worse places to stay. This used to be me boyfriends favorite place which is why we stayed here and he said that its gone down hill, that it once was ran like a 5 star hotel. Not the case now.
First day we were put into the wrong room by an incredibly rude employee at check in. When we were given the correct room, there were clumps of hair someone else's hair in the bathroom, queen size top sheet on our king size bed, ratty old blanket at the foot of that bed, and a sheet over the comforter. Why do they put mismatched sheets on a bed and why do they put one over the comforter?
The wallpaper is bubbling up, most of the staff looks and acts unhappy, no guest services or hotel info inside of room so you have to call down to the front desk to ask basic info or look it up online. Shower doesn't drain. It's just a nice-ish looking dump.
I tried contacting the management the first day we were there because of the problems we had and nothing, not even an automatic reply saying thank you for contacting us. I was treated like dirt upon arrival, and then up and down and up and down with heavy bags to get our correct room and management did not care.
The valets were great though ??
Don't book you stay at this hotel.
