Disappointed, We met family for Moms 75th. Second night our rooms were taking on water from a broken sprinker head in the room above us. Around midnight we are trying to pack up our bags to move to other rooms. Unfortunately two of us are now up on the 33 floor and the rest of our family is down on the 3rd floor. One of the new rooms could really use some new caulking in the tub due to mold and the AC unit is pretty noisy. We feel that the hotel could have done a little more to make it right. They compensated us just two days of resort fees. We did not want to pay the fee at check in as it is for services we wouldn't use anyway.
