We were physically attacked in the lobby last night. When we yelled for help and security, it took several minutes for a staff member to appear. We gave a very detailed description of the attacker to their security team and they did nothing (besides standing around) to apprehend the individual even after we said we wanted to press charges. Clearly The Venetian Las Vegas doesn't care about their patrons safety. This was a horrible experience that needed to be resolved immediately but, never was. Even Tim Alvonellos, Shift Manager for the Venetian, insinuated that we were wrong and fabricating the incident simply because there was no marks therefore there isn't much they could do. Check the cameras, this is real and horrific.
