I read several reviews before booking my room. I must have been at a different hotel than some of the other folks who posted reviews or else they have resolved their issues. From the moment I arrived until I left, I was met by nothing but friendly and helpful staff. Marcia at the reception desk was extremely helpful. The gentleman who helped with my tons of luggage was great and very personable. The room was great. Only issue I had was a slow drain in the shower which I stopped by the desk to mention on my way to the room. By the time I got to the room someone was there to check it out.

I ate most meals in the 24/7 Café or the poker room. The staff in both places was great. Joseph, one of the food runners was the shining light in the café. He was cheerful and always smiling, very polite, and professional. He wants to cook, but he should be kept working with patrons. Plenty of food. Prices were even better if eating while playing poker.
The pool was great and manned by an extremely friendly staff, from the young lady handing out towels to the ever present and ready wait staff. 115 degrees outside, but plenty of chairs and umbrellas with shade.
GREAT PRICE!!! Did I say, GREAT PRICE!! Will stay there whether I am going to gamble or just visit the Phoenix area.
