Great all around. Good for families. 24 hr in room dining. I traveled with my 2yr old and I was able to order warm milk every morning and night. Friendly service and these people work so hard. Everyone speaks English and other languages. No language barrier here! Restuarants were really good, my favorite Ipanemena (by the pool) for dinner, followed by Zen (by the lobby) and Gallo and caffeto for breakfast. All the other restaurants were okay, I'm not a buffet type of person. I didnt get a chance to try Pizzetto.
There are plenty of activites on site to do, afternoon pool parties and for children there is a whole itinerary at the kids club. They have theatre live shows to see Angelina Ballerina, but I didn't get to take my child since they are usually held throughout the week not weekends. Wished they had more theater shows. This hotel is huge! Believe it or not , its very tyring to get around. Trolleys run often but you have to give yourself 30 minutes lead way to get to your destination. I ended up renting a golf cart one day since I was part of the bridal party for my best friends wedding, I figured I would be able to get more things done that way. They only thing is that the golf carts are $90 per day!!! Way too much in my opinion. I feel like its soo needed especially if you are with children and a stroller. Parents, yes take your stroller unless you plan on carrying your child everywhere because they will get tired.
Resort credits were very good in my opinion. I booked a body toning wrap and payed 20% of it for $34! You get a certain amount of credits for the nights you stay there. Overall good hotel, best one in the area as I been to quite a few. Worth the money.
