I was a casino host at Resorts when they first opened for 2 yrs, it was at that time a wonderful place....unfortunately as time has passed it has gone way down....this is due to poor management and not enough supervision for those that are only there to eek out a little paycheck and could care less about the hotel/casino/customer service business...Needs new management and career oriented friendly people who want more and enjoy pleasing customers who are there to have a nice time...
*My recently unbelievable experience there was that i checked in at 3:30 a.m. with "Mamie" the front desk clerk, gave her a $20. Tip for getting me in so quickly and asked her to please drop my redbox movies off since i forgot and she said she would be near one,,,well...they were never returned :( so much for human decency and trust (as i had checked in with her other times) and she knows i have friends there in upper mgmnt...but i agree with other reviews, there are some loud, troubling employees
