We booked our stay in advance. We reserved and paid for a priemium room with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival we checked in only to find out the gave our room away. We were put in a crappy room with one bed. There were 4 of us. No other rooms were available. The staff was really rude and said they would compensate us for the mix up and our troubles. This never happened. Upon check out we were charged an additional $100. This made no sense. I have never in my life been to a hotel that is so careless. I will not be going back here ever. It really ruins your trip when you pay $350 a night and you're sleeping on the floor. I called the front desk 3 times requesting extra pillows and blankets for those of us having to sleep on the floor. They never brought us any. We used clothing for pillows and blankets. I'm very disgusted with the service and staff. Don't stay there! Choose one of the other hotels. Please don't waste your money here. Your vacation will be ruined!
