On my first day I checked in I was very unimpressed with the room decor and the amenities offered. The power outlets are poorly distributed throughout the room, many of which were behind the bed! The carpet looks pretty much run down and needs replacement. The close the fitness center at around 7 pm which is not ideal for people who spend most of their day attending conferences and want to unwind at the gym at night! There was no fridge in my room (I know I did not stay at a Deluxe suite, but still!) and there was no iron to iron my shirts! This hotel is in need of serious upgrades!
