Absolutely terrible customer service experience inside the casino at the deli. Was about leave, and went to the deli inside the casino to purchase a couple bowls of pho for my kids. The cashier assisting me initially was very kind and providing good service, separating the soup and noodles, even adding a little more noodles for me. Then another employee by the name of "Karen" for some reason came over and started yelling at me and the person assisting me, in front of everyone in line and the other employees. She even tried to REMOVE food from my order!!!! My wife and I immediately requested a manager or supervisor to complain, and when he came over to speak to us "Karen" CONTINUED to yell and be extremely rude in front of the manager!!! Far and away the absolute WORSE customer service experience I've ever had. I would not recommend going to this casino, you would have a better experience at Harrah's or Ameristar in KC.
