Booked 3 suites in HRH with 10 friends for bachelor party. Rooms we're very late at check in. Check in was rude and said check in was between 3-5. None of the rooms were ready at 4:50pm. She laughed and said I have until 5pm! We got into our rooms after 5 and the 3rd room closer to 6. The rooms in wall entertainment systems didn't work! This is common because I have been there 3 times. In addition old iPod hook ups that are outdated. Also mini bar areas had 50% of the items missing for purchase. Air conditioning you could turn to 50 degrees and wouldn't kick out air it took a full day to get the room to 69 degrees. It's to bad because I enjoyed this hotel for many years and probably won't return after this last experience. Biggest reason was how me and my friends were treated and I am a backstage pass member too.
