Hi. This goes out to the Marketing Committee. Not the Hostesses. I have been a loyal customer for at least 16 years. I have been treated pretty good, I would say. Lately tho the promotions have been pretty bad. I don't know what's going on with this departments thinking, but you lost at least 4 customers. I and my husband and sisters travel 5 hrs to go to your casino. I at times spent a lot of money and at times went to play my promotions to just get away. My promotion is ridiculous. No more free rooms, no meal and now 80 for the month. It is not worth the damn trip. If and when you start wanting your loyal customers back, it will be too late to go. I won't have anything to look forward to. My sister's won't be going either as well as my husband. So, I guess it is what it is. Someone better start looking into revamping the promotions again. Thank you.
