Customer service is disorganized and rude. We waited two hours after checking in at 4 pm check in because the room wasn't ready yet. Rooms were run down and there was hair in the bath tub. The shower head didn't work well. We were supposed to get a comped room because we were performing at the event they had. The person checking us in confirmed the room was comped, but when we went to check out we were charged for our room at a discounted rate our $300 was given to us for 150 and that wasn't even worth it. They said there was nothing they could do. Miscommunication is also an issue at this hotel. The pool was under renovations (this was not conveyed anywhere on their web site so they hide this under the rug until you are already there). The elevators were painfully slow some people complaining they waited for 15 min to get on. The venue for the outdoor concert is covered with concrete with a small patch of grass and little shade. Food was just ok and over priced at their three restaurants. The hotel was overpriced and underwhelming. Don't bother, try Montbleu across the street instead.
