This place has been in decline for years. The nearby competition is finally starting to close in. The gaming facility is not entirely awful, I have seen much worse. Customer/player service however, is simply embarrassing. I mean, YES, it is that awful.
On the plus side, the hotel is actually pretty nice and the restaurants are adequate (I have more of an issue with the menus than I do with the quality of food).
Overall, if you are just looking for gaming, I would avoid. There are a number of other facilities within a reasonable distance that blow this place away. Wheeling Island, The Meadows, The Rivers, Nemacolin (Lady Luck Casino), Hollywood Gaming, and The Hard Rock Rocksino all outperform this facility.
