Parking was a real issue at this hotel. It seems as though people who are going to the casino, use the hotel parking as over flow. As a handicapped person, I was not able at all to use a handicap parking space. Also, it would be an added bonus if they could figure some type of room service. As far as the rooms go, they were very nice, although, I am not sure why our "deluxe king" room is considered deluxe?? The room with two queen beds was much more comfortable. Also, DO NOT order pizza from the Craft House, unless you like it burnt black on the bottom like charcoal. I called and complained, and was told that it is how the oven cooks it...sorry.. We may stay again, because I think overall it was OK..
