I went to the Edgewater on August 27th and it let me down. First we went to the buffet but decided that it was a little pricey for a buffet. Next week went to the steakhouse and was told it would be at least an hour wait. After checking out the food court options, we went to the main bar to gamble for a bit. That was the one place we had the best service. We decided on Cocos for dinner. I ordered a prime rib mushroom burger and my husband had a San Francisco burger. Mine came out with no cheese, hardly any mayo or mushrooms, and very dry meat. My husband's burger came out burnt on one side, Patty not even in one piece. It was not a great experience. We ended up going to in and out for less than half the price we would've spent at the edgewater. The whole place with regards to decor seems a little run down and in need of some attention.
