This hotel was beyond my expectations. When I checked in the accommodations I had requested were not available when I arrived so what they did was upgraded my stay to a silver suite free of charge which was great! The only complaint I have is that the manager was not helpful. I booked my stay through a 3rd party and had some additional charges that were made a week prior to my stay and I didn't know what they were for. I went to talk to front desk and they told me that the manager would help. The manager got there didn't talk to me and when she did she told me I had to call the company I used. Right away I could tell she didn't really want to help me because she didn't ask me any questions or anything of why I wanted to talk to her. I told her so if I call the company they are going to fix it she said yes. I called the company and the company had to contact the hotel to get this issue resolved and they are still trying to fix it. I feel like I could have gotten this resolved while I was there at the hotel just because the company I used had to call the hotel so they could refund me the overcharge.
