At first glance one might think the casino is doing well. However, several employees have complained of low staff. The bathrooms, stairway, concessions, and general house keeping has become less than sanitary. This is a new development as Covid once again claims responsibility. With that said, the payouts appear to be dwindling. For the most part the staff is great. Some of the rude individuals work with security, administration, and the cage. No worries, most of these individuals have been dismissed. I've had many good times at Chactaw Caino of Pocola, and look forward to more. At the end of last year I had 92% return. The machines seem to hit best on Fridays between 7 and 10 pm. It's not called gambling for no reason. So of you can't afford the loss, stay away.
