I call hotel del Rey , a day before to make a reservation and pick up at the airport and they told me they going to pick me up at the airport and nobody arrived ?? I arrived at the hotel they check me in , I went to my ugly room I noticed the air conditioning broke and the toilet bathroom clogged ??bartenders they don't have any experience at all." Noted?? Disappointed ????????
