My wife and I visited the casino on the 31st. of August, 2016. My wife had trouble with her players club card, and discussed the trouble with a worker by the name of Donna Barker, who told her that it is a "common problem". The next morning we went back to the casino and asked for a supervisor. We were approached by two women who discussed the matter and took down our phone number and told us that the card readers "fail all the time" and they would look into the matter and call us with a resolution. It is eleven days later, and we have not had a response from them. We feel that if they treat all there guests in this manner they should lose there guests' loyalty as there are several casinos close by that do not treat there guests in this manner. They certainly will not see us in there casino again, and we will spread the word among all of our acquaintances as to the way that we were treated.
