Great customer service, but like all Vegas hotels, it's quite smoky inside. They also spray vanilla scented air freshener everywhere, which makes the whole place smell like a strip club dressing room. I'm staying for a multi-day convention, so I've rented rooms for 3 nights. I'm in the Paradise Tower overlooking the pool -- this is definitely a party club, so you can definitely hear the music pumping all afternoon into the night. The beds aren't the most comfortable, and the pillows are like giant fluffy boulders. Nevertheless, it's clean and that's pretty much all I need. The room is also spacious enough for my needs. I liked the food at Mr. Lucky's. (The rehab omelette really hits the spot without feeling to heavy afterwards.)
