The hotel is very nice. I stayed in a regular room and it had a very nice bathroom, bed, and tv. The floor to ceiling windows are great, and have a nice view. The scent in the hotel is very nice. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel isn't great. This is a petty thing to mention, but there isn't a mini fridge in the room that you are able to use. I thought that this was standard in modern hotels. I would stay here again, but if given the choice, I would stay in in the Central West End or Delmar Loop.
