First trip to Las Vegas with my spouse who is handicapped. We had full use of the observation deck and rides but we could not even go to the observation deck because he could not stand in the lines and they offered one solution to go to the VIP line. Even the VIP line was way to long and we could not get any other assistance. My husband fell out of the tub because it was so high for him to get in and out of and the registration desk saw that he was handicapped. The hall ways smelt awful. The room was a room I would have gotten at a motel 6. The toilets were so short we had to fall onto them and push off the tub to get off of it. The luggage people and a cocktail waitress were the only people who were helpful our entire stay and most of the other people were rude or just plain did not care. I had to borrow a wheel chair to get my husband to the room but I had to promise to bring it right back. I had to load my luggage by myself while the staff watched until a gentleman gave me a hand with the last bag. I tipped the valet drive a little to quickly I guess. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I did not even want to give them 1 star.
