Mmm ?????? I had cruised with Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas and Vision of the Seas before, and I had high expectations for MSC's Divina. I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed. The service was not up to par. From the servers to the bar tenders to the room attendants, all I ever heard was "Just a second", which later translated into "Sorry, I can't help you". Guests were at best being ignored by the crew members, who seemed to be unhappy and overworked. The food was OK but the service was so slow that even lunch turned into two hour ventures every day. The cleanliness of the public areas including the buffet floors and the lounges left a lot to be desired. As for the good, the ship is beautiful, from the lobby and bars to the cabins. With a different crew, this ship could have a lot of potential.
