The dream of a peaceful Colorado vacation was destroyed the second we walked in the door. We waited 30 minutes to just check in -even with a reservation. From there we took a deep breath hoping it could not worse. And it did, more quickly than we ever expected. From a large red stain on the floor to moldy fruit from our room service breakfast, the agony never ended. Our standards are not overly high, but we did pay more for a luxury service and we received worse than any motel off any highway. At least those rooms would be clean once a day! Do yourself a favor and stay home, no one here would care (including a customer service team who didn't blink a eye).
