I would have to say the check in was the most frustrating part of the experience. I had two separate King, non-smoking rooms reserved fora 9 day business trip. When we arrived they only had rooms with 2 beds in them. They stated it was "first-come" which was not disclosed anywhere while reserving the rooms. We had a class early the next morning so was not able to fully unpack our clothes and had to take our luggage back down to have them held at the bell desk until we returned that night. We were finally booked into King bed NS rooms.
The rest of the stay was nice. I had room service frequently because of my extremely busy schedule but the food was good (though the menu pricing was not the same as the price charged but was within a few dollars). You should also make sure they read the order back to you as I had a dinner "surprise" one night but it was good.
I would return to this location for future stays.
