Went to the Steak and Chop House. I ordered the signature filet rare with jumbo lump crab. The steak came out nearly raw with no crab. When I asked the waitress to send it back she said "I don't remember you ordering crab with it" and asked me to take my steak off my plate, place it on my appetizer plate and send it back. They would "finish cooking it and I could eat my potatoes while I wait". By the time my meal came back my wife was done eating. I ordered an "old fashion" cocktail and when it came it tasted like well whiskey not the Makers Mark it called for on the drink list. When I asked about this the waitress said they were out of makers Mark and instead used Jack Daniels. My wife ordered prime rib rare. It was cooked perfectly but had little flavor to justify the price. Overall I was very dissapointed, my wife got sick within 10 minutes of leaving presumably from her shellfish allergy triggered by cross contamination and I spent $150 on a horrible meal for 2. I will not go back and recommend you skip this so called "fine dining" experience and go to the buffet. On a positive note we had a wonderful couples massage at the spa. That was money well spent.
