Arrived 12 noon, booked rooms ready for us great !! ,However we took an offer to upgrade the room for a small fee which turned out to be a mistake.
room ended up taking 5 hours to get cleaned ? front desk was polite but it didn't help our situation.
Manager really let us down by not offering to find out how long the room would take to be cleaned, apparently they cannot call cleaning and ask how they are progressing with a clients room who are waiting ?
suggest only upgrading if they give you a definite time frame or you will lose a day waiting in the foyer.
manager should have used more initiative in such a high class establishment.
