Pros: great name-brand entertainment at the I-5 location, especially if you like rock and roll. Hotel amenities at Fife with a shuttle that will run you back and forth between locations. Gaming experience is OK. If you can find the right machines, payback % can be good. We've hit jackpots there. Large and various collection of machines, both new and older. Location is among the most convenient in the state, it's right along highway I-5 in Tacoma.
Cons: Very smoky at times and often feels a bit crowded. Staff doesn't seem very friendly compared to other casinos. They just seem to go about their jobs and are just there. Limited video keno selection (we like the IGT and bally's keno, but almost no casino in Washington State carries these awesome machines).
Overall, it's a good, not great casino. Our preference is Fife over I-5 because of the hotel. Gaming-wise the machines can be looser than some other Washington casinos, but the overall ambiance doesn't feel as warm and inviting as some other casinos in the state.
