Terrible! Don't ever do a spa treatment here. They will charge your card twice. Not only did they do this to me, but my friend that also had a spa treatment at the same time. Also, when you call to get it resolved a manager has to authorize, which she doesn't arrive to work till 10am, and then when you ask for customer service they transfer you to a voicemail. Terrible customer service and terrible idea to get a spa treatment, unless you would like to get charged double. Oh and they are not able to refund you that day, it takes up to a week to get your money back. Yet, they are so quick to charge you several times.
