My fiancé and I stayed in the spa suite at Monte Carlo. The room was incredibly outdated, the "spa" was just a big bath tub with jets that have been covered over that gave no use, the bathroom lighting was sterile, and the shower had mold, as well as the furniture looked like they were from the 60s. Overall it was ugly and depressing. Also, for a "spa suite" they do not supply a coffee pot or a microwave. When we asked for one from the front desk, they told us they do not supply those for ANY of the rooms. Seriously? I have never been to a hotel that did not provide us with a coffee pot. Insanity. Not to mention, I went to the Starbucks downstairs and a grande sized drink was 7 dollars!! Go figure. Will never ever be coming to the Monte Carlo again.
