Pleasant rooms, with superb views of Namsan Park if you pay for the "park view" premium.
Location is convenient if using the city's low-cost taxis, but it is a long uphill walk from nearby subway stations - the hotel's suggested 'back route' via its parking lot elevators was also pretty unpleasant.
The swimming pool was almost unusable during our stay due to crowding, which I suspect may be partly due to the hotel selling memberships to its health club to local residents. There was a vast number of children (I counted 25 at one point), which made lap swimming pointless.
Concierge service also left something to be desired - we asked for recommendations for a spa, with their "best" suggestion being the overly touristy Dragon Hill Spa; we were also advised to use the funicular to climb Mt. Namsan - but failed to mention the 2-3 hour queues (which are, apparently, a regular occurrence on weekend evenings).
Overall fine, but I won't be rushing back.
