harrahs is by far the worst casino,u can't get astraight answer from them. been there since day one when it opened, got emails, gifts etc.all of a sudden nothing, same happened 2 my daughter, talked 2 customers at the casino same thing , nothing. talk to total rewards. they had different email address, I said who changed it, so they corrected it still NOTHING.talked to F.Jester at corp headqtrs he sent me a test email & it worked but still nopromos in my mail. losing money, gifts tournaments harrahs really SUCKS. they just keep giving u BS. talked to 7Star & he said the same thing nothing is he getting.I suggest we all stop going there & boycott it, there are other casinos in the area,that are much better
