In desperate need of new carpet and wallpaper. This place feels like they are trying very hard to keep an aging facility relevant. They aren't failing, I just don't think you should know that.
The service is lacking in every single respect. It's just not what other Vegas hotels offer. The service people in some cases literally stall and hesitate awaiting a tip vs simply appreciating when one is given. On day 2 I left 20 bucks in the maids envelope with a note, and still dksnt get the extra towels I requested, yet the note and tip were gone.
Don't bother rejoining Total Rewards, it comes with no perks what so ever.
Cheap dated gym, toiletries, cheap toilet paper, cheap shower head, low water pressure, slow hot water, slow wifi and only 2 devices per room per day included... Really? Also the wifi doesn't hand off between zones, you'll resign in if you leave your room in the lobby etc. They also filter content, I had to use a VPN on two different devices to get to the sites I wanted to visit.
The best part about Bally's is that it's affordable, has everything, is in a good location, and is connected to Paris via underground shopping tunnel ;).
If you get a great deal, don't fear staying here, but if you pay market rate, there are far better options.
If you come with low expectations, they will be met. If you expect them to compete with their neighbors (like I did) you'll leave disappointed, sadly, the most influential part in my rating, was the part that costs them nothing extra - the poor service.
After not getting my reciept emailed as promised, I used their request service (must be that common) and discovered that the roll away bed I had for 1 night, I was charged for 3. When I called to question it, I was asked "did you call to have it removed?". Seriously? Yes twice...
Like I said, the service is absolute $#|+
