My whole purpose of a cruise was to take my kids to Atlantis. I had bought tickets online prior to arriving there on a cruise ship on Oct 10, 2016. Just a few days after Matthew Hurricane. The Hotel was up and running but they did not allow me and my family to step a foot in it. They were very rude, they said it was closed. Only open to guests staying at the hotel because not all attractions were open due to the Hurricane, I then asked to get a room, they denied to have any rooms available as well. I just wanted for my kids to experience it, even if it was a partial experience. I just wished they would of handle it differently. No customer service what so ever.
