My husband and I came out for 1 night and I have to say the photos on line are false... Let me start off with check in. It was a concert weekend. The line was incredibly long, they had at first two people checking guest in and the VIP line had no line so they had two people there as well, they finally started calling non VIPs to their counter. One other guyed showed up and started checking guest in (so a total of 3 employees checking guest in that were not VIP).. I think they should have planned a little better. Finally as I was checking in one lady who was an employee started telling another employee how to do her job in a really rude tone (should NOT happen in front of guest) no smiles AT ALL. When my husband asked why they were not better prepared for the crowd at check in the employee checking us in didn't even acknowledge my husband's question. Okay now our room (we didn't get the room I booked online) the carpet had stains all over the place, there was a hole in the wall behind the door (where the door knob is) old televisions, the beds look as if my kids made it (I was unsure if I even wanted to sleep there). The bathroom was very old and out dated. The air conditioner was old there was a filter hanging out of the top of it, then there was a switch on the wall (by the bed) that was at the level an electrical outlet would be, I had no idea what it went to nor did I want to find out. I was just not happy with the stay and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I know. They are lucky to even get a 1 star.
