The WORST service I've ever received in my life! I don't typically write reviews, even when I've had a negative experience, but this was beyond negative! Arrived at 6:30, told we could eat in the bar since the wait for a table wouldn't be until 7:30. We decided to sit at the bar. It took about 20 minutes before we were approached by bartender, then we finally ordered. We waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, I asked at about 7:15 where our food was. Well, they had excuse, our salmon was accidentally given to someone else, then bartender admitted he screwed up, never put in our order! Seriously?! We're starving at this point, we finally get our food at 8:30 (mind you, the place has now been virtually empty and dead for the last hour! You think we'd be offered some bread or SOMETHING to hold us over? No! Manager finally comes out and says she'll give us free dessert, we don't want dessert, we're getting ready to go have some drinks. She says, "well, let me see what I can do." She comes back and says, "I can comp one of your meals." My friend ordered a dinner and I got the coconut shrimp appetizer. Guess what was "comped?" Yep, the appetizer.....are you kidding me?! Ugh! Never ever will I go there again. I get that we're all human, we screw stuff up, but make it right! And I didn't think comping my appetizer was sufficient for a 2plus hour wait for our meals!!!! And later when we came back to hear the DJ, they wouldn't even waive the $5 cover (place was still dead)!! Come on now!!
