We went to Harrah's just to play a little while on a weekend trip to Laughlin, so we didn't see any rooms or guests only facilities. The casino is big for Laughlin casinos and has more video poker than all but a few. It's mostly $.25 and up, which is counterbalanced by the extreme number of $.01 slots they also have. With the high per coin bets and lack of variety in game type, we enjoyed spending a little time there, but also got bored pretty quickly.
We did also sign up for their rewards program and the rewards supervisor is an unhelpful, not at all personable woman. As new accounts, we needed to set up PINs but after standing 20 minutes in line, her response is that we can just do it later. While not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, her tone was patronizing and her overall attitude terrible.
