Basic service, questionable food unless it was Jamaican food. Food storage hygiene was an issue. They reuse shampoo, lotions and God know what else. Room service is slow. Room keys demagnify constantly and the walk to the reception is annoying because you have to go up and down several flights of stairs. OMG the amount of stairs this hotel has is unbelievable!! Didn't see the pools being cleaned on a regular basis. Nightly entertainment was very nice. Lots of local bands and singers. There is a disco, casino, karaoke at night. They have a daily kids club which is great for parents who want a break. Sheets are not changed daily but rooms are cleaned. Overall the hotel could do with a Reno. The carpet I the hallways need to be removed I can't even imagine the magnitude of germs living in them. The beach is nice, not the best but nice. Loads of pools and endless drinks, basically a cheap (!!!!!) and cheerful hotel.
