We stayed in the tower. It was not as expected, nothing like the pictures on their website. I spilled ice on the floor and wiped the mess with a towel. The towel was very dirty after I cleaned the spill. There was also food on the carpet from a previous guest. When you check in they give you a number to call if you need help, no one ever answers. We walked across the street to the lobby and reported that the room was not clean. We were told housekeeping would come and clean our room. They did not come till the next day. We told housekeeping we needed towels and she said that she did not have any on her cart. We ended up walking across the street to the lobby and picked up towels ourselves. Numerous times we had to have our keycards reprogramed. We had to take our own garbage to the outside trashbin on the floor. I would not stay here again.
