Well we drove 4 hours to get here only to find out when we checked in the room we booked was not available. Jenna, the lady checking us in was quite rude. She had a nasty attitude. She offered to give us a room with 2 smaller beds instead of the king size bed we booked ahead of time. My man is 6 foot 4 and barely fits in a king size bed, so a smaller bed was out of the question. Jenna clearly didn't care and had no problem turning us away. So I called the number that I booked the room at and explained the situation. Stephanie was happy to help us. She went above and beyond to find us a room. Not only did she make things right with us, she was happy to do it. Our room was everything we asked for...cozy and clean, (with a king size bed). The price was quite nice as well. Thank you to Stephanie who treated us with respect and appreciated our business. We will definitely stay here again.
