This place was amazing, very easy to get to and the staff were all very kind. You walk in to check in and are given a margarita...which was very much needed lol Beautiful, beautiful grounds, 3 pools, 2 jacuzzis, private cabanas for those in the presidential suites. If you love country music this is your place, 5 o'clock somewhere bar is amazing, (plays mainly country music there and also thru out the resort) great food but it is expensive, my burger was 17.00 and my drink 10.50 but thats why we went to the grocery store to balance the costs out. Its very close to grocery stores, walmart and restaurants and activities such as Hacienda Carabali for horseback, sea ventures for scuba/snorkeling, and a nice hike to the top of El Yunque. For meat to cook I DO NOT recommend the supermarket the resort recommends, formerly known as amigo near kfc and walgreens off PR-3, the chicken was bad and had "that smell" to prove it was bad. Had been sitting out for well over 2 weeks but everything else from there was fine. Meats from Econo supermarket were much better. As far as the resort again, they take very good care of this place, nice beach although if you walk further down toward the end of the resort the beach is dirty, littered and a little smelly. Also there were ants ( or some tiny ant looking bugs) in our room but the staff was on top of it, and cleaning up after urself helped alot. There was a cat walking around at night lol assumably fron the condos next to the resort and I saw a massive iguana. I loved it here, the best 7 days of my life...I would definitely come here again. My first trip to puerto rico will be very memorable because of this place
