We stayed at the hotel in the Dennis Tower on 10/16/16 with checkout on 10/17/16. Our experience in the hotel was mostly pleasant. The room was clean, however the decor is dated/fading and looks as if it's not well taken care of and the hallway leading from the elevator to our room smelled of urine. While booking my room I was advised on the (Bally's) website that my room came also with a $20 dollar dining credit, however upon check-in the employee checking us in informed us that there was "No $20 dining credit attached to my account, and I probably just forgot to put the offer code in when I booked my room". I do not recall having any offer code that needed to be input in order to redeem the credit, not to mention the employee checking me in told me "it happens all the time" which I feel is in itself it's own problem. I will stay at Bally's in the future for sure, however I'm not sure if I will book through the resort website anymore.
