My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and were extremely pleased with the customer service we received. When we arrived at our room the first night, we were told we were given a room with a view which was not true (unless staring at a wall counts). They immediately tried to get us into a better room. There were issues with the guest that was staying in the room we were going to move to and it took up almost our entire day waiting to move, so the woman at the Keys and Info desk gave us a free 65 dollar buffet voucher for the trouble. The room they put us in was beautiful and on the 21st floor (a much better upgrade than I was expecting). I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Buffet tasted great, clean rooms, and great service.
