I need to update my post!. I called back and spoke with a Manager at Wind Creek Montgomery and explained my situation. The Manager's name slips me at the moment but she was very courteous and understood my frustration and went the distance to rectify the situation. Had I just let it go I would have missed out on a great time. My husband and I had a wonderful time at Wind Creek Montgomery and we even won on our favorite slots!. We had a great time and would definitely be going back again. What started out as a horrible experience turned out to be a great memory. By the way, the rooms are extremely luxurious. The bed was comfortable and we were in room 335. My husband paints and is very much into art. The art work on the wall accented the decor perfectly and the ambiance of the whole casino was great. I will be returning and soon.
