Rooms were nice, front desk was nice, entrance to the rooms from the parking garage was tough. Edit: removing the stars I gave Montbleu because not a single employee, front desk or otherwise let us know that the pool and spa were shut down. We had booked the expensive room ($175 a night) specifically to use the pool and hot tub with the bridal party we were joining. They didn't even tell us when we were asking about it at check in. It was almost impossible to get ahold of anyone at the front desk most times and they usually only have one person there. When we did confront them about the pool and spa, they only removed the resort fee of $19. I would never stay here again, and that is saying a lot since this was a place on my bucket list, using their spa and pool would have made this stay better, but unfortunately it was not an option. It would have been nice if the pool closure had been stated ANYWHERE. But it wasn't not even on the way in to the pool.
