Being a Diamond member I thought it would be a plus for early check-in. That turned out to be a lie and a long list of "the room still not ready". I arrived at the airport at 10:30 which i ordered a car service. That service never arrived. At 11:15 I was told the room would be ready shortly. At 2:15 they still had the same lie "we are waiting on room service". Being as though i am a Customer Service manager of 3 different locations I feel as though the staff provided poor customer service. I could have stayed at another location been showered dressed and ready to continue my birthday celebration. If you like paying for your convenience DONT STAY HERE
